Terms of Service

Welcome to BeadStudio. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service description

BeadStudio is a web-connected Android application that turns photos into Miyuki Delica 11/0 bead patterns and lets you design, preview and follow patterns bead by bead. The service is online-only and requires an account. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Account responsibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. One person may hold one account unless explicitly permitted otherwise.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload photos or content you do not have the rights to.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or content that infringes third-party rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass security measures.
Resell or redistribute access to the service without written permission.
Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the platform.

4. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of all patterns and photos you create or upload. You grant BeadStudio only the limited licence needed to operate the service (storing, converting and displaying your content). The BeadStudio name, logo, interface and underlying code remain our intellectual property.

5. Subscriptions, trials and cancellation

Studio+ subscriptions and free trials are billed and managed through Google Play. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. All subscription management, including cancellation, must be done through Google Play.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. Contact Google Play support for refund requests.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation. You assume all risk associated with your use of the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeadStudio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, prolonged inactivity or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. You may export your data before deletion upon request.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
